Great news to all iPhone potential buyers who has been holding off for a legitimate unlocked iPhone. You don’t have to fear any future update will “brick” your iPhone. In Germany, the court has ruled that T-Mobile will be required to have option to sell unlocked iPhone without contract.
T-Mobile will start selling the phone for Euro 999 (US$1,477) immediately, as well as continuing to offer it for the discounted Euro 399 (US$590) in combination with a two-year contract, the company said in a statement.
