Finally we all get together for dinner for the first anniversary of the launch of The Peninsula Hotels web site. And the cake is wonderfully made to resemble the love & hate, sweat & blood that everyone chip into when building the Flash driven and yet SEO friendly web site. Love the “404 error” spot on the cake LOL

Domon ramen
Finally tried lunch at Domon ramen at Tsimshatsui. Had the ramen with long leg crab meta, barbecue mince chicken and shrimp dumplings.
The ramen and bbq mince chicken taste great. Though the dumplings are a bit oily. Good choice for a decent Japanese ramen in Hong Kong.

Christmas tree in Statue Square, Central, Hong Kong. FYI, it lights up everyday at 6pm. I was 5 minutes earlier before it lights up, and thought it’s not ready yet 8p
